My Promise Ritual
An extraordinary experience created to revolutionise the way we see beauty: discover the My Promise hair care routine.
Welcome the client into the salon and accompany her to the treatment chair. Carry out a hair analysis with specific questions to understand the client’s problems.
After the consultation, accompany the client to the hair wash and begin the treatment by wetting the hair with lukewarm water.
Apply the Restorative Shampoo to gently remove impurities from the hair and prepare it for the Beauty Potion. Gently massage and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
Mix the Beauty Potion in the Glass Bowl: 2 parts Restorative Micellar Water with 1 part Restorative Serum, apply to the hair. Massage to help the active ingredients penetrate the hair.
Leave to work under a heat source for 5 to 20 minutes depending on the hair type. Rinse.
After rinsing and towel-drying hair to remove excess water, apply the Restorative Mask to the lengths and leave to work for 5-10 minutes. Comb and massage to distribute the product and help it penetrate the hair. Rinse thoroughly and blot away excess water.
Spray the Restorative Spray onto well towel-dried hair from a distance of 20-30 cm and distribute the product throughout the lengths of the hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as usual.
